The Roofing Insulation people were very professional. They explained the condition of the roof, what needed to be done and broke down the costs. 
The house is now warm in winter and cool in summer with a minimal use of heating and cooling. 
It is a bit awkward wearing shorts and tee-shirts in winter and walking outside to find out that it is cold.
